Safe Information Modern Systems FZE (SafeIms) acts in recycling & Refurbishing WEEE waste. Acting in JAFZA - Dubai - UAE. Through our directors, Safe IMS establishes the compromise with our customers, employees, contributors, and suppliers in relation to health and safety, environment, and quality, including:

·         Guarantee communication process at all levels, with participation and consultation.

Electricity

Actions

 

·         Turn off the air conditioner after the workday & When not in need;

·         Replacement of all common lamps to LED;

·         Turn off workbench lights without operation;

·         Turn off all lights and equipment during lunchtime.

·         Utilizing natural resources by turning off equipment like Bulbs, AC, etc.

·         Consume less than the average consumed of the last 3 months based on the number of units processed

Water

Actions

 

·         Proper monitoring of Water usage and effort to reduce by 5% every year Consumption

·         Constant awareness training for the whole team including external habits of the company as well.

·         Consuming less than the average consumed in the last 3 months based on the number of Safe IMS FZE employees, water is not used in our operation, only for personal consumption.

Solid Waste

·         Proper segregation & disposal procedure for EEE waste from the business process.

·         Digitization of most documents and information;

·         Reuse of paper (non-confidential) for drafts;

·         Segregation and correct destination for all solid waste

·         Implementation of digital signature for controlled documents;

·         Segregation & Correct destination for all solid waste generated.

·         Box reuse when possible;

·         Internal package protection reuses when possible.
